125 g of butter
30 g of sugar
30 g of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
135 g of flour
60 g of Plazma Ground
1 teaspoon of baking powder
100 g of dark chocolate with 70% of cocoa content (cut into small pieces)
60 g of chopped walnuts
Heat the oven to 180°C. Cover two large baking trays with baking sheets. Whisk the butter until it starts foaming and add sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla aroma. Stir it all well until it blends together. In a separate bowl, stir the flour, Plazma Ground and baking powder and gradually add the whisked butter to the mix.
Finally, add the chopped chocolate and walnuts. Use an ice cream spoon to take out balls 1.5-2 cm in diameter, and place them on baking trays you prepared earlier. Leave a 3-4 cm gap between the balls so that the biscuits don’t stick to each other during baking. Put the trays in the oven for 10 minutes.
Leave the baked biscuits to fully cool before serving.
