• 200 g of large strawberries
• 50 g of toasted almonds
• 50 g of Plazma Ground
• 250 ml of heavy cream
• 250 ml of whole milk
• ¾ cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Whip up the heavy cream until it thickens. Add milk, vanilla extract, sugar, Plazma Ground and the finely chopped toasted almonds.
Slice the strawberries. Pour half of the mixture into ice cream molds, add strawberries and top it up with the rest of the mixture. Put the wooden sticks into molds and freeze them.
Before serving, carefully dip the molds for a second or two in hot water, so that you can remove the ice lollies from the molds easily.
